These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Velocity Bot software and related services (“Services”) provided by Velocity Bot (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility
   1.1 Velocity Bot is operated from the United States and is offered exclusively to users located outside of the United States.
   1.2 By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
2. License to Use
   2.1 Upon purchase, the Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Velocity Bot software solely for your own trading activities.
   2.2 You may not duplicate, modify, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the software without prior written consent.
3. Payments and Subscriptions
   3.1 All fees are payable in advance and are processed through our payment provider, Monabit. The Company does not store your payment details.
   3.2 Subscription options include monthly and yearly plans.
   3.3 All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4. Nature of Services
   4.1 Velocity Bot is a technology and educational tool. We do not provide personalized trading advice, financial recommendations, or portfolio management services.
   4.2 We do not manage client accounts or execute trades on behalf of Users.
   4.3 We do not sell business opportunities, “get rich quick” schemes, or guaranteed income systems.
5. Risk Disclosure
   5.1 Trading Risks: Trading foreign exchange (forex) and other leveraged financial instruments involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The use of leverage can amplify both gains and losses. It is possible to lose part or all of your initial investment. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
   5.2 No Guarantee of Results: Past performance is not indicative of future outcomes. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that you will achieve profits or avoid losses using Velocity Bot.
   5.3 Hypothetical Performance: Any performance data presented, including hypothetical or simulated results, is subject to inherent limitations. Simulated performance does not represent actual trading and may under- or over-estimate results.
   5.4 Regulatory Disclaimer: The purchase, sale, or recommendation of forex or derivative instruments must be conducted by individuals or entities registered with, or exempt from registration with, the CFTC, SEC, or applicable state regulators. Neither Velocity Bot, nor any individuals associated with it, are such registered entities. Users are strongly encouraged to consult a licensed investment professional before engaging in any trading activity.
6. User Responsibilities
   6.1 You are solely responsible for:
   Selecting and maintaining your broker account.
   Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
   Monitoring your trading account and risk exposure.
   6.2 The Company is not responsible for losses resulting from broker execution, internet interruptions, slippage, or third-party technical failures.
7. Intellectual Property
   7.1 All content, software, branding, and materials provided through Velocity Bot are the property of the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
   7.2 Unauthorized copying, sharing, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
   8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss.
   8.2 The Company’s maximum liability to any User shall not exceed the amount paid by that User in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
   9.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
   9.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami, Florida.
11. Amendments
    We may amend or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
